Chain of Hearts/String of Hearts

The "Chain of Hearts" or "String of Hearts" is a delicate trailing succulent with heart-shaped vines that cascade gracefully from any shelf or hanging space. This Chain of Hearts thrives in bright, indirect light and prefers to dry out between waterings, making it ideal for busy plant lovers. Low-maintenance and drought-tolerant once established. Perfect for adding a romantic, botanical touch to bedrooms, offices, or living rooms.
